All the employees were very attentive and excellent. This hotel was located in a central area so close to beautiful gardens with a good basic breakfast, cafes and the sea, and nowhere to sit so checked out and went and paid for breakfast in Ventnor. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the property.

Everything was first-class, had a really nice stay for one night. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating and took care of us. The location in an absolutely gorgeous area was amazing and premier and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. Btw, it was at a medium distance from Shanklin seafront. There was a good restaurant for evening meals in the hotel.
